The Ghent Altarpiece – Interactive:

Today in the late-to-the-party dept., the Ghent Altarpiece (“the most frequently stolen artwork in history”) underwent emergency restoration for about a year. The newly conserved work was unveiled back in February, along with an interactive website allowing viewers to examine the panels in great detail with infrared and x-ray imagery as well as extreme close-ups of various details.
